Everything was sized incorrectly and you won't refund me. Your largest size isnt going to fit. Ecerything is at least two sizes smaller than stated. Not happy at all.

I never received my package and have not heard back from you regarding tracking where it was sent. The tracking says it attempted delivery on December 2nd and then was re-routed. Please check it again on your end and find out where the package is now.

Hi Maggie I can see you have contacted us after submitting this review for some reason. Your order is out for delivery and the tracking information was sent to you by email :) Thank you

Poor quality - and the sizing was awful - I wear a U.S. size 12, ordered a size L wrap dress, according to your size chart, and could not even close it - you made me feel like a whale. I threw it in the garbage. I would never buy from you again.

Returned a substandard product and used the credit to order another product. It was also substandard. Your products are very bad.

I do not agree with your return policies. They are not customer friendly. Too difficult! Almost impossible! I don’t always want a store credit. It’s difficult to find merchandise that I want to buy. Very limited to a few signature items that is shown over and over. Once I use my current store credit I will no longer be a customer. Sorry

The sizes are hit or miss, fabric quality is low and the colors are faded not like the photos—hence the odd return policy. Ordered two one size fits all dresses one fit the other was for a toddler. Exchanged, but the same dress was sent back to me!!! Hello Salt & Straw Truly appreciate the offer. I’m not sure how to reply back so adding here. I have the email communications regarding this issue— please contact me by email or phone. Thanks

I’m not a fan of the return policy. Couldn’t get a refund for a dress that doesn’t fit - only a credit. Won’t buy from them again when there are so many other online retailers with flexible return policies.
Response from Silk & SaltDec 4, 2022
Hi Liz Credits and refunds are automatically applied through our returns portal depending on the items and the discount applied while purchasing. There is no possible way that you did not get credits because credits are the default way other than a refund - so you did not need to battle anything for credits - that is certain . If you have any issue with your credits please contact us and we will take care of that right away **Editing your review's content after our response does not help this comments credibility. We are here to resolve this case if you wish to do that . Thank you
