April R.
I love the purchase but t was way to small and customer service is horrible. And I didn't want a credit but they hold your refund hostage making it impossible to get it back.
Response from Silk & SaltDec 11, 2022
Hi April The item you have bought was a sale item - please read our return policy which should be read prior to ordering - heavily marked down items are not refundable You can exchange your item with a new product or a new size - completely free of charge Thank you

The return policy is terrible. Money back should be an option, not just credit when items are on sale. I ordered 3 items that when they arrived, were much too small, and because they were bought during a sale, I couldn’t exchange or get my money back. When I tried to reorder a larger size using my credit, it was charging me the non-sale price. So, I’m stuck with a credit.

Hi Jessica Please notice that size exchanges at Silk&Salt are ALWAYS VALID AND FREE ! No matter what you bought , when you bought it or for how much did it cost. This case sounds like a misunderstanding , our return policy is very clear. Please check your inbox as a representative will contact you to complete the exchange you are referring to. Thank you
Annie
Silk & Salt XL's are no way the same size as other vendors which I've made purchased.

Hi Annie Sizing may differ between collections If you are not pleased with the sizing - you can always return your product Let us know if you need any assistance in this matter. Thank you

Well, since you asked…..I loved the ad showing the peacock wrap dress and ordered it. I am large busted and ordered a 3X. It was not true to size and didn’t cover things. I returned it and I have proof of the return. I was told I could only get credit for partial and only store credit…..so my credit is sitting on my account and there is nothing that fits me….not a happy shopper 😟

Hi Joan ! Pleas check your inbox as a representative will contact you with a refund resolution for this case , we have no intention for you to keep something that won't fit. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

Hi Kiersten I don't know where did you send your items to - but by the tracking information from our returns portal ( which is the only valid way to send items our way ) your return was never shipped : September 29, 2022 - Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item We would love to assist with returning your product - but sending it on your own without going through the portal will definitely cause issues. I have contacted you to better understand this case Thank you
