Loved the dress I ordered. Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. Unfortunately the dress was way to big so I started the process of return. That, too, was simple, easy, and user friendly. I asked for a full refund because I'm afraid the sizes will be too big for my petite frame.

My order shipped quickly. Unfortunately the dress didn’t work for me. The customer service was professional and helpful.

UPDATE: dress eventually arrived after the company reached out to me. It is a beautiful dress and fits nicely. Original post: Never received my order, and no one from customer service has replied to my inquiry regarding my order.

This is an absolutely beautiful pattern and lightweight fabric, a real showstopper! I do feel that it is sized incorrectly. I normally take an extra large and ordered the XXL for a little extra room… and it doesn’t even wrap around me. It’s so gorgeous that I’m going to keep it in hopes that I lose some weight before spring.

Update: they finally reached back out to me and resolved the issue. This was weeks later, but they did resolve the issue. I’m grateful for that. Definitely customer service issues. I have now sent 5 emails looking for the shipping label to exchange a dress. I got one response with tracking details for the original purchase. I have responded and sent separate emails to their customer service department with zero response. Very frustrating, especially because I chose a credit for a different item. I’d rather not deal with them at all anymore but don’t want to waste the remainder of the money I spent.

Everything feels so good on. Returns/exchanges are a breeze and customer service is extremely responsive. I have several items from this line and love them all.

The fabric is authentic and exquisite. The dresses flow and fit comfortably. I have become a lifelong client.
