Free returns my patootie. Only for store credit, and since the dress they sent is a horrible polyester, why would I want store credit. Dissappointed. .. .. .. (Responding to their reply - did you not read my review? The material is horrible polyester. I don't want any more of your stuff.)

Order #107790: Same experience as other reviews- I ordered a dress from this company partly because they advertise fast, 2-day shipping. When I reached out after two weeks to check on my order, I was told that my order was in transit...not true. They had printed a label for my order and provided me with a tracking number, but when I called USPS, I was told that the label was printed but the item was never received by USPS and was still classified as a pre-shipment status. This feels like a sneaky way to advertise fast shipping and blame USPS when orders are delayed, when in reality they are simply printing labels but not delivering orders to USPS.

Super frustrated . I ordered a dress April 19 just one day short of two weeks . I keep checking the order and it only says UNFULFILLED . I have emailed twice with no response. With no customer service to help troubleshoot -I just want to receive the dress. this is the worst online experience I ever have had. My order is # #107344 After this review on trustpilot I finally heard from Silk and Salt- They troubleshooted And they found out their shipping company did not send out the order since one item was sold out. They promptly shipped the dress and also sent me a gift card. Im happy they took the effort but this is only after writing a bad review on Trustpilot. My suggestion to Silk and Salt they need a customer service phone # to communicate better with customers

I cannot give Silk&Salt five stars at this point because I still haven’t received my merchandise! I ordered two dresses and waited for two weeks with no word, contacted the company via email and they suggested that they were having warehouse problems and that they were working on it. Waited a week, heard nothing, reached out a second time, got the same response. The emails suggest that their customer service is on top of things, however I still have not received my merchandise from Silk and Salt yet several requests to “rate” them as a company??

I ordered and paid for an item on 3/22/22 and it still has not been shipped.
