Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.

The fits were just a little off. I am very short, so that is why but it would be nice to have petite or short options.

The items we're great! Warm and cozy. The sleeves and the pants are long enough. I usually have issues with these areas when shopping because I'm over 6 feet.

My package arrived within a week or so of me ordering it online. The skirt fits really well. I typically wear a Large, but I ordered an extra large due to the reviews. I'm glad I did because the large would have been too small.
