This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!

The fit was weird and the material is scratchy.

The earrings I received today on 12/3/22 the post were bent and..the backings don’t fit. Greatly disappointed. I expected better.

Your Luxe matching set is adorable however you HAVE to do something about the waistline... the elastic isn’t secured to the fabric and it rolls during wear. I usually wear a M but I sized up to a L for a more comfortable fit to wear around the house. This is incredibly annoying and uncomfortable. Again, the set I bought and everything I see on your website is gorgeous, but my experience wearing it was well below my expectations. I would love to be a repeat customer if you can fix this in future products.

Poor customer service. Poor quality.

The item was too small for me and I wanted to exchange it, but was going to get charged more money for the next size up which I think is ridiculous so I didn’t exchange it and have a dress I can’t wear.
