Everything goes well until it doesn’t and there is no recourse
I have had good engagement with Cate on shop shops and her range of products is excellent. However I have struggled with issues after every single purchase I have made through Cate. I have purchased 4 bags from her. One was refunded because she didn’t actually have it. She was prompt and honest which was appreciated. One I requested a refund because the bag was taking a lot longer to clean and ship than she had originally said it would. (It was over a week delayed). One bag took over a month to get to me because of her slow dispatch and my Chanel bag. My ultimate purchase has had issue after issue. I purchased this bag in early August and I still don’t have it and Cate is no longer responding to me and the ShopShops customer service are also ignoring my request to initiate an investigation with the courier company to locate it.
