We ordered a pair of custom cases, which arrived in a timely manner - great! Then we tried to put the first case together. It is made of the thinnest, most inflexible acrylic I've ever seen, and so of course it began to snap. We had four pieces snap in the course of trying to very gently assemble the case. We reached out for a refund and to return the items, were initially told that would happen and then they reneged. We were given the choice of a partial refund or replacement pieces for the faulty product. I am extremely disappointed. The case was poor quality and the customer service was initially positive and then extremely poor as well. This is not how you run a business.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that the assembly process was frustrating and that the case did not meet your expectations. We never want a customer to feel disappointed. Since each case is custom made, we’re unable to accept returns or provide full refunds, but we did offer replacement pieces or a partial refund as an effort to make things right. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve both our products and the support we provide to our customers.

When I removed it from the plastic wrapping I discovered the latch was broken and each of the blue tape strips securing the door were torn open. Everything else was fine. All the packaging materials seemed undamaged and the display case was otherwise fine.
