My experience was wonderful! I live in Alaska and had to speak to customer service to complete the sale. Both women I spoke with were awesome and a pleasure to work with. The display box arrived and it’s perfect. Assembly instructions were clear and complete and I was pleased with the pricing.

Box was well-made, though there were several imperfections where the pieces of lucite were glued together, with gaps filled with air rather than adhesive

I ordered the wrong thing . I wanted to buy the correct item but your phone people refused to refund and change the order . So screw you .
Response from ShoppopdisplaysSep 22, 2026
We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. As you mentioned in your review, the incorrect item was ordered by mistake. Because this was a custom-made product, it had already entered production and could not be canceled or refunded in accordance with our published custom-order policy. We understand this was frustrating and always strive to communicate our policies clearly before production begins.

7 displays bought from ShopPop and every time they are perfect. 3 different sizes and 2 different styles and I am so happy with all of them! Definitely ShopPop should be your only choice when looking for and purchasing the perfect display. Thank you so much! Glenn, from Las Vegas.
