Does not seem to be a legit survey…
Does not seem to be a legit survey company , negative reviews are simply deleted at the whim of their clients, Not helpful. For example , check out the reviews for LP Gear and compare this to the Google and Yelp reviews , and the truth becomes readily apparent .

Hi Robert, I read your review and as the co-founder of Shopper Approved, it made me feel really bad because for the past 8 years, my team and I have worked incredibly hard to be honest and fair, and to help businesses and consumers to be able to have the most accurate information possible so they can make informed decisions. I assure you Robert that we are a legitimate company, born and raised in Ogden, Utah. In fact, we are one of the only rating and review companies that are actually even based in the United States. Most companies, including Trustpilot, are based overseas. And, we are one of the only review companies who don't allow passive reviews, meaning only people that actually buy from a company can leave a rating or review. Most review companies allow anyone to leave reviews, even competitors, or people who haven't even bought from a company or even used their service. Do we have a veto option for extreme cases? Yes we do. But it's not there as a way for our clients to 'beat' the system. it's was built as a last resort for businesses to protect themselves in extreme cases. If you have ever had do deal with an extreme client who goes out of their way to damage or destroy your reputation because they had a bad experience, then you can probably appreciate the option to have a veto every once in a while. That's what veto's are for. Honestly, most of our clients never even use the veto tool. And for the few clients who do, it typically only affects less than 1 out of every 1000 reviews on their site, which is less than 1/10th of 1%. I hope that helps to put things into a little more perspective for you. I know that you don't know me or my team, but I just wanted you to know the intent of our hearts, and why we do what we do. It's to make the internet and the world a better place, and we would never ever do anything that we felt wasn't for the greater good. Sincerely, Scott Brandley co-founder Shopper Approved
