Our customers can rely on our reviews…
Our customers can rely on our reviews being authentic because Shopper Approved does not allow merchants to not publish or delete bad reviews. Other review collection services allow merchants to upload spreadsheets of reviews without any verification of their authenticity. We promote the fact that our reviews are authentic to our potential customers. With fake positive and negative reviews flooding most marketplaces we appreciate the fact that Shopper Approved is follow the FTC law regarding reviews.

The best review company I have worked with
What a pleasure to work with people who know their jobs and are expert at doing them. Matt and Paige managed the setup and integration of the Shopper approved platform seamlessly. I was thoroughly educated about review processing in their system. Then quizzed as to how I wanted their system integrated with my website and the internet. The integration was done quickly and works perfectly. Now after only 2 weeks, reviews are coming in more frequently than ever before in our mature 18 year old business. Finally their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend Shopper approved.

What if I received an empty box from…
What if I received an empty box from the vendor you represent and I've already contacted them and they refuse to help. Your only choice that allows me to click on, is the one showing that I'm satisfied. There is no way someone can notify your company that they are not satisfied with the vendor you represent.

Great website feature and great support
Shopper approved is a great tool for review services and driving brand confidence. Brittnee D. specifically provides exceptional customer service and levels of communication. She is an important piece of the Shopper approved team without a doubt.

We can't say enough good things about…
We can't say enough good things about Shopper Approved. Both Matt and Siri were great helping us getting set onboarded and integrated through our website. We have gained so many reviews since implementing Shopper Approved which helps other customers feel good about shopping with us. This also provides a way for us to make changes to our website based on customer experience. Answer base has opened up a great platform for us to be able to answer product related questions directly to customers and for others to see. We highly recommend this company and their services
