I ordered 21 Fitness Resistance Bands-4 Tube Pedal Ankle Puller on 5/05/2026 and still didn’t received the tracking update. So, I’m pretty sure it’s a scam after seeing all the negative reviews. Lesson learned! 😕

I placed an order on March 18 with shoppaya and I still do not have my items, it is now May 7. I have sent emails to customer support since March and they don't seem to understand what asking for full refund means because they only reply with the following generic bot response" We understand your frustration regarding the wait and your request for a refund. However, upon checking the tracking information, your package is still in transit (Latest update: March 19, 2026, '已预报'). Since the package is already with the carrier and on its way to you, we are unable to process a refund at this moment. We sincerely apologize for the delay and kindly ask for a little more patience. If there are no further updates for an extended period, we will take immediate action to resolve this for you. Thank you for your understanding. That was their reply on Apr 7. I have sent emails since asking for immediate action to be taken as in a full refund, but they have ignored my replies.

Over two months after purchase, still no order in sight and no refund possible or given. Support stopped responding after requesting re-shipment. Most likely one big scam, or really sh*tty custormer service. One star is actually too much - zero would be closer to real life experience.

I have had two payments taken out of my account from shoppaya . I have no idea what they are for. They were both for £15 on the 27th of April. I know I did not order two lots of anything on the same day. Cannot contact them as in Canada and nothing but a pricey phone number. Anyone help how I contact them?

I order the electronic heel file. Got it in the mail really quick, it looks like what I ordered so I was hopeful. Plugged the charger in to charge it, pushed the on button and the thing doesn’t work, I’ve been trying to contact them but there isn’t a space to write them, if I can’t contact them to tell them I want one that works I will never buy from this company again

ok so i ordered a knife from the this site from facebook and it was said to have delivered and never came tryed to get a refund or another order took me too a 3rd party delivery that i could never reach

I was very sceptical after reading reviews. after I'd ordered,I emailed them and was assured my item was being processed...and it was...they replied immediately to reassure me.Their delivery updates were excellent.Product arrived in NZ 14 days later,good product.I would deal with these guys again.Thanks Shoppaya.
