Additional surcharge to the 1st quote
I had to pay additionally $27 USD due to lack of accuracy on the initial quote of shipping service.

Thank you for the feedback. We didn't expect the surcharge increase on the shipping cost from Malaysia to Mexico at this time. We quoted based on post office rate but we had to ship through Fedex because of restriction. Fedex is more pricey but shipping/delivery is faster than post office.
