Useful, but can be expensive.
There were some things on shopee.ph that I wanted to buy, but unfortunately the merchant didn't ship to NA. shopinsavin was able to quickly buy and ship the items to me. I'm really grateful I was able to find this service, however, the shipping and assistance fees are incredibly expensive. While I had a good experience, I don't think I'd use them again unless I really had to.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We unfortunately don't have control with courier shipping fees and it varies per country. Couriers charge based on weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher). You can choose your courier or simply send us a shipping label. Since you ordered more than one item, you were charged more on the purchase assistance fee

Additional surcharge to the 1st quote
I had to pay additionally $27 USD due to lack of accuracy on the initial quote of shipping service.

Thank you for the feedback. We didn't expect the surcharge increase on the shipping cost from Malaysia to Mexico at this time. We quoted based on post office rate but we had to ship through Fedex because of restriction. Fedex is more pricey but shipping/delivery is faster than post office.
