Dear ST Shop Management, We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience and the significant frustration caused by the unfulfilled order. We sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations and for the distress this has caused. We understand your anger and concern, especially given the substantial amount of $8000. We take full responsibility for the logistical and operational issues that led to this failure and we had made sure that all funds were returned to your business. We want to assure you that we are not scammers. The issues you experienced are not reflective of our usual standards, and we are actively investigating what went wrong to prevent this from happening again. Regards, the Nature's Craft Team
