This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud - do NOT use it. They take your money and run. They do not reply to emails. Their telephone number does not work. They do not provide a refund. DO NOT USE

Trying to contact the company to…
Trying to contact the company to request a refund, bought the item yesterday, contact number when called says does not recognise, reading other reviews can see this is a scam company and want a refund straight away, of course they aren't replying and looking at other reviews it's clear this is going to be difficult

If i could leave a no-star review
If i could leave a no-star review, I would...... The item ordered was not what my wife wanted so tried to return and get a full refund but the responses were nothing short of outright incompetence and written in broken English. I have been offered to keep the garment and they will send a £30 refund......... The garment is awful.... Please avoid using Shoplectic, better off putting your money in the bin......

Ordered a jumper for my daughter. Haven’t received it and when I emailed a few times to find out where it was I have been given a different explanation every time. I have asked for a refund multiple times and now they are not responding. Avoid avoid avoid and save your money

Total fraud
Total fraud. Ordered a M size Stussy hoodie. When is arrived it was obviously fake (delivered from Pakistan) and was tiny - my 12 year old daughter could not actually get it over her head!

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with, asked if my order would arrive before my deadline for fancy address and was assured it would arrive. I then ordered the product a James Bond jumper and I was told Wednesday night (I was leaving early Friday) it hasn’t even been posted. Absolute shambles !!

Confusing company Leather Jackets UK London a subsidiary of SHOPLECTIC! Ordered a yellow stone suede jacket. Eventually sent me an email saying Royal Mail will deliver my order but 2 days later they tell me Skynet will pick up my order in PAKISTAN delivery up to 22 days. WHAT! Avoid them no communication and delivery is when ever they feel like it. Will take the matter further as have cancelled my order.
