Ordered a jacket on the 4th August 3 weeks later still no jacket asked for a refund,but they keep saying its in transit with a tracking number,now there saying another 3 to 4 days ,contacted my bank as I think its fraud ,wanted the jacket for fancy dress party now thats ruined ,terrible service I will never use these again

AVOID AVOID. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. This company is awful the jacket I received was in a very poor state but most of all it’s to small. They have said they need to do a review before they can make a decision, not sure why if the jacket doesn’t fit. They asked for pictures and they come back to 5 days later to say they couldn’t open them, even all along they kept saying that they need to do a ticket. I’m now fighting to get a refund for an item that’s to small

Was close to purchasing a Bret Hart hoodie, luckily took the time to check the customer reviews on here rather than the website. I noticed in the small collection of 5* reviews that Mr Syed Mohsin Ali left a five star review, coincidentally the same name as the registered director of the company. I'm surprised he didn't give himself a discount for his jacket! Keep your wits about you.

Adidas Amorin hoodie !!!! Odered an adidas Amorin Hoodie , it definitely isnt adidas , it has 2 x massive faults on the front of it , stitching coming undo , can not wear it it’s embarrassing to look at !!! Company will not reply to my emails DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS £60 DOWN THE DRAIN !!!!!!!!

The product was extremely poor quality not anything like the images. The company would not give a full refund and would not give refund details. Do not use them.

Avoid like the plague. Can’t believe in this day and age that you order something that takes a whole month to be delivered other companies like Temu and Shein are far more reliable than this joke of a company who sell fake products with no tracking numbers that you have to chase up yourself only to be told that because you’ve chased it up the product then starts to get processed and sent to you. Please, please, please save your money. This company is a scam.

Ordered as a gift. Guaranteed delivery by date came with no update had to contact them. Very slow to respond and when they did said they were PLEASED to tell me I would get it in another week or so. No good to me had to cancel and having to panic buy now. Thanks Shoplectic!
