tailorReviews of shoplectic.com

I have requested Shoplectic several times to return my money because they have not delivered my goods and they ignore my requests and do not respond to emails. Their published telephone number does not work and their address in the UK is dubious. Avoid this company, if anyone has advice concerning this company I would be grateful to read it.

Avoid !!!!! Do not buy from this seller. Its a scam. Bought a jacket weeks ago naver provided tracking number keep receiving email about (crap) sending item shortly etc. Claimed money from my bank. Avoid its a scam

I purchased a jumper from Shoplectic over a month ago. They said that they would have it delivered to me in a week after I messaged them however I still have not received my jumper. I’d advise you to avoid this shop.

I was looking for a gift to my boyfriend and I found Shopletic website. I immediately loved this beautiful crochet T shirt that they displayed, I bought it straight away. Seven days later a T shirt that wasn’t slightly similar to the one that I originally bought arrived, what a nightmare. Poor quality is least I can say about it. Trying to get a refund is another issue with this scam company. They will pursue you to not seek a refund claiming that they won’t return your full payment, only 40%. Is this even legal? Omg I regret so much being fooled by those bastards.

The East Ham address on the companies website is only an accommodation address and the telephone number is unobtainable. All correspondence is by email. Like others I ordered the Monty Don jacket without checking with Trustpilot. Package arrived direct from Pakistan with jacket which was not in any warlike that advertised. I immediately email demanding a refund. Several weeks exchange of emails followed but eventually a Returns address was provided - Returns Department, Shoplectic, Flat 2, Farley House, 14, Farley Drive, Ilford IG3 8FH. Jacket returned by Royal Mail and receipt confirmed with promise of refund. A month and several emails later still no refund. Google search connects Ilford address to Faryal FAISAL born 1981, the Secretary of Life Logics Ltd. Coincidentally the business of this company is Retail Sales via the Internet. Google also connects this address to Ahmed Abdul born 1963 a director of several dissolved companies.

The jacket I received was larger than the size I ordered. I returned it immediately. They agreed to a refund but haven't paid up.

Terrible company DO NOT use I order World Cup 26 jacket it took 6 weeks to arrive. Terrible quality made out of plastic lining poor fake which I was not aware of in description. Trying to return and refund now they are offering 40% refund not to return item as it would work out they same amount refund to return it with postage.

This is a seller of fake poor quality items, unfortunately I only read the reviews after placing an order, although I then asked to cancel the same day. After a further 10 days they offered me discounts up to 50% off to receive the item. I said no refund me which they ignored and still sent the item a month after ordered. I have now asked the bank for a chargeback as they refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE FAKE AND SERVICE IS POOR!
