I bought a coat, when it arrived I emailed the company ( under a different name) to say it was so badly made, the fabric not as described, they said I could keep the coat and they would refund part of the money. I would not have given the coat to Charity shop it was so awful. They eventually agreed to give me a refund, I sent the coat back to an address they provided, signed for. I can see they received it a month ago, I am still waiting for a refund. I have found that any company with the name LONDON in is rubbish and not as described. Be warned !!

I placed and order but within a few hours cancelled it due to finding out my partner had already bought me the same item for my birthday. The company took ages to respond then when they finally did they wanted to know why I was cancelling. I thought a customer was within their rights to change their mind. The item would not have been picked or packaged so I see no problem in cancelling and refunding me. They are now not responding and have not confirmed my order has been cancelled as I requested or refunded. Nor happy at all and certainly won't be ordering from them again. The company finally responded and issued the refund after seeing my review, they then asked me to amend my review accordingly. I am just wondering had I not written the review would they have been so quick to respond? And my review still stands and I will not be bullied into changing it as this is how I felt at the time.
