ShopkeeperReviews of shopkeeper.com

I thought AMZ in AMZPing stands for Amazon but I was wrong. It stands for "amazingly addictive"! I check it 20-40x every day just to make sure sales are where they should be. It's the quickest way to tell if something is wrong because I can immediately see that sales are not coming in. Pauline, the founder is awesome. Whenever I have a question she always replies within a few hours. Overall, big fat 5 stars. Definitely one of my favorite apps to spend money on!

I love how powerful it is - you can track inventory, orders, run detailed sales reports, and connect multiple sales channels all in one application.

Best dashboard out of 8+ different software. Love the Ka-Ching! sound too! However unlike other software, PPC costs & Promo costs are very slow to update. If these 2 things are fixed, then they’d be the best.

Great layout and easy to use template. I also love how friendly the staff is and how they are so willing to assist with all of my concerns. My only suggestion would be to provide the option to print out a profit/loss sheet. This option would help with tax and accounting purposes. Other than that I am in love with this. I tried fetcher initially but switched to this because of the great customer service and all the amenities this app offers. The only thing I miss about fetcher is the p/l statement.

Good service, you will earn a lot of time but some little functions is not existing. I hope in future

Adding a Profit Growth widget would be very useful.

Great product, only downside, it is not complete yet. Missing are for us "Other expenses like monthly subscriptions" and an Android app

I love the simple, easy to view dashboard, yet more detailed info is available when needed. Highly recommend.
