I totally love to shop at Impressions online! A clothing and accessory boutique. Since I have discovered their website that's the main place I shop. No kiddin! They have EVERYTHING you need. I highly recommend Impressions to everybody because of that very reason and I get so many compliments everywhere I go! Customer service is great! They are like family. They are friendly and compassionate and listen to what u have to say. I have been shopping with Impressions since 2020. I've had some items too big too small or just didn't like it on me and only have had 3 defective items and they handled this very professional. They either mailed me the same item or credit my card or give me a store credit. You have ur choice. Try them out, u will be Impressed...... hence Impressions Boutique Online and u will love all your items very Younique.

The quality of the clothes is very nice, however, they are SO BIG! Ive ordered everything in a small and it all fits like a L/XL. Sadly i have to return it all :(

UPDATE: The Impressions Online Boutique has reached out to me about my complaint below and fixed the problem. I changed it my rating to 4 stars, because let's face it... not a lot of companies do that, and I will back any company with great customer service that are willing to take responsibility and fix the problem. I had purchased the Crushin' It Chambray dress on sale online. The shipping was very reasonable; I got my purchased item in about 5 days. The quality of the dress is very cheap and it came with a BROKEN ZIPPER (which was very inconvenient because I had planned to wear this dress the incoming weekend). On the models displayed on their website, the dresses look to be very high quality, especially when you consider their price ranges for their items, but it really felt like this was a dress I could have found in a Forever21 for much cheaper. It wasn't worth it for me, and will not be purchasing again.
