I ordered from Impressions boutique online and I have to say I’m pretty impressed. I usually research companies a lot before I order online because there are unfortunately a lot of scam sites out there nowadays. Anyway, this company shipped my order the very next day and it got here earlier than expected. The quality of the clothes is great, better than other boutiques I’ve ordered from. The size charts they had were very helpful, make sure you look at the size chart per item (which is awesome by the way when ordering because some styles or items run differently than others). I would definitely order from them again!

Half my closet is Impressions. They make returns super easy. I recently had a jumper that broke the first time I wore it and when I reached out to the team, they sent me a new one right away.

I have had the best customer service from the online boutique, Impressions. I work in retail and therefore have very high expectations on how a customer should be treated. Customer service and beyond! This boutique was amazing at stepping up when we didn't get an order that was supposed to be shipped over-night on time (USPS fault not the boutique). Not only did they refund my shipping and the cost of item, but they also sent a gift card for me to use on my next purchase! I will certainly be ordering from them again!
