I'm highly disappointed with this company. I ordered two wigs from them and the whole order was $60.97. I waited for weeks and never received an tracking number. I contacted them through PayPal and they told me. I will have to wait into the order is shipped back to them to receive an refund. I asked for the tracking number to see if if the order was really sent and the never replied me. I escalated the case with PayPal and this company had the audacity to offer me an partial refund. For an order that was never shipped or received.

The worst company I ever ordered from. I never gotten an email with my tracking number or nothing. I emailed and messaged on Facebook and it gave me an automated response. Don't have a number to contact them. This business is a joke and unprofessional. I would have given them no star of it gave me the option

Fraud Fraud Fraud - if I could rate 0 I would. Tried to return 2 wigs that looked nothing like the pictures -was told return process was being started - I followed all instructions of return process (paid extra for insurance) all within time limit given. Received email saying item conditions did not meet requirements and some other mumbo jumbo. The wigs that I returned barely unwrapped as I could see without completely opening package - tags were not removed, etc..everything originall condition as per their terms. They essentially took my money and then some - who wants to pay postage for receive back wigs you don't want!

Placed an order on Aug 3rd..it is August 8th and no confirmation email of any kind and payment is taken out of my account. Sent an email yesterday to them, no answer. I will be contacting my bank to reverse charges and I will never waste my time with them again.

I can't believe how disgusting this company are. I think they are commiting fraud from China. I am going to speak to trading standards and the police if I do not receive a refund.

I purchased a crochet braid n I used the 4 method payment from PayPal but I was supposed to be charged one payment today july 12 n they charged me twice ...so disappointment with them I did report the problem with PayPal let's see how it goes

There is no way to give zero stars which is the only reason for the 1 star. On June 2, 2022 I placed an order for a wig in the color plum, the order shipped 6/3 a s arrived quickly upon opening the package I realized the wig was black and blue not plum. I reached out to shophairwigs.com for a return or exchange, the company approved the return and asked for pictures of the product. I provided over 20 pictures. I requested a prepaid shipping label due to the fact this was not an error on my behalf shophairwigs refused to send. I shipped the product back as an expense to me In addition to the shipping I paid to receive the item. Once I tracked the order and it was received back by shophairwigs I asked when I would receive my refund they advised 5-7 business days. When I followed up again shophairwigs advised they could not Issue refund & I would have to work With PayPal. I filed a case with PayPal And shophairwigs wigs came back With an offer for a partial Refund of $16.79The wig cost $26.98 (shipping included) I paid $8.24 on the return shipping very unclear on how we are now down to $16.79 refund. Ive spent time, energy, gas and shipping cost DO NOT ORDER CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED

I attempted to purchase 2 items from SHOPHAIRWIGS.COM On Tuesday May 31, 2022. I made a note stating I was purchasing next day air delivery option and if the order could not arrive by Thursday to cancel the order. I initially used my P.O. Box for delivery as I use on all delivery purchases. I received an email stating the P.O. Box was not acceptable they wanted fed ex pick up address. I gave them an address -on Tuesday for a Fed ex pick up location. I also replied in the same email to NOT send the order if it could not arrive by THURSDAY. After repeated emails - after 2 pm they finally send me a tracking number showing the package would arrive on Friday after 6pm!!! I immediately emailed them telling them to refund my money and the next day air charge as I will be out of town for the next 10 days! They refuse to contact fed ex to cancel the order and told me I have to receive it to return it! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AS THIS IS A FORM OF THEFT!
