I received my coin and I was not disappointed, it's as good looking as if I ordered it thru the US Mint. I'm usually skeptical about ordering thru another outlet but not this time. I compare shop so I'll probably keep you on my list.

Responsiveness was poor. When I finally got the coins, I really didn’t care anymore.

Hi Bill, we're sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. We saw that your order arrived within 3 business days, so it must have been an issue on our customer service side of things. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so it's upsetting to hear that we missed the mark for you. We would love more feedback on how we could improve for the future so this doesn't happen again.
