I did not realize or note in the advertisement that the coins I purchase were just a silver overlay.

Requested cancellation…shipped anyway.
Within minutes of ordering I realized this wasn’t the US mint produced 5 oz “family of eagles” coin that I actually mistook it for. I fired off an email immediately saying I wanted to cancel my order and they shipped it the following day anyway. The ridiculous hoops I have to jump through to send it back just to lose my shipping money and still risk it being stolen after I explicitly requested cancellation, is over the top. If I could give zero stars I would and I’ll never order from you guys again.

False description. Atrocious shipping
Sold a coin to me as BU just to send the most scuffed up and stained junk coin they must have had. Not worth anywhere close to what I paid. But of course I order to return youre still out 10 bucks. Buyer beware. And not to mention it literally took a full month for this waste of money to even arrive. Stay away. Much better coin dealers on ebay to choose from. Very dishonest.

I ordered a 2025 1oz gold coin from…Bait and Switch
I ordered a 2025 1oz gold coin from Troy Gile who works for Global coin.. The price in the ad stated you would receive the 1oz gold coin graded ngc 70 plus a 1oz silver eagle I told him i wanted to purchase the coin he said he would give me a better deal of the coin but it would be First Strike worth $4600, I told him no i only want to spend $2999 (my budget) He than said he would still give me both for the $2999. I agreed and placed the order When i got the email confirming the order the 10z gold was now only 1/2 oz I immediately called just thinking it was a typo. He told me i wanted the 1/2 coin ASOLUTELY NOT ! This was just a bait and switch I went back and checked the ad and it had gone up$100 to $3099 I wanted to take that deal but he refused He stated he has recording of our conversation Would love to hear it Very disatisfied with Global Coin and Troy Gile

If there's anything we can do, please let us know so this never happens again. UPDATE: We had offered to give you a refund or exchange the coin on our dime, but you have to send us the faulty coin back first. You declined to do this, so we are unable to proceed with the refund or exchange. It's common practice for businesses to not offer a refund or product exchange without first receiving the item in question. Otherwise, people could easily abuse the system just to get free items whenever they want. We are more than happy to give you a refund or exchange the item once you send us back the coin in question. Regardless of if you continue to do business with us, we hope we can get this resolved for you, Robert.
