Nice coins
Items were shipped reasonably fast, So far as described. Still waiting on verification from NGC. Reasonably priced. Packaging for shipping is something to improve on. I have yet to understand why companies choose to use plastic shipping bags to ship something that can be damaged in any way during shipping. In this case, the cardboard box the coins were in was damaged.

Silver Eagle
Received my Silver Eagle by way of USPS. Arrived sooner than I expected. Coin was everything I was hoping for and packaged beautifully. Price was great and would definitely consider ordering from them again. Thank you.

Hi Robert, we're sorry to hear you had such a poor experience with us. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so the fact that it was that bad means we really missed the mark. If there's anything we can do, please let us know so this never happens again. UPDATE: We had offered to give you a refund or exchange the coin on our dime, but you have to send us the faulty coin back first. You declined to do this, so we are unable to proceed with the refund or exchange. It's common practice for businesses to not offer a refund or product exchange without first receiving the item in question. Otherwise, people could easily abuse the system just to get free items whenever they want. We are more than happy to give you a refund or exchange the item once you send us back the coin in question. Regardless of if you continue to do business with us, we hope we can get this resolved for you, Robert.
