So far I did not have any real issues. I did email customer service to inquire about my box and received an reply back within 24hrs. I tried to cancel my subscription due to finances for March and was told I could not cancel until after March. I now have mixed feelings towards this subscription as I can cancel my Ipsy and Boxycharm ANY time I wish. So I do not care for that whatsoever.

I love focallure cosmetics! It's such good quality of make up and other beauty products. I love all of the products from focallure!
