As of now I'm giving Focallure 2 stars for their babe box subscription. The 2 star review is based only on the fact that I have been charged for my first box, which was discounted, and my 2nd box at full price, but have yet to receive either box. My review might change positively, depending on when my boxes arrive and the quality of the products I receive. For now though, unfortunately, I'm highly considering cancelling my subscription.

They are very slow in shipping and take out your next pay when I haven’t even gotten my first box...

I ordered it over 3 weeks ago and still havent recieved my 1st box but was already charged for my 2nd!

Sigh. I get a LOT of Subscription boxes. This one however... well let me explain. First of all it took WEEKS to get to me. When i sent emails asking what was going on, the first response was that this is not normal nor acceptable but my box had not been put together yet. so i waited.... and waited... and sent another email. They said it still had not been put together and claimed a quality check process. So i asked if they would consider sending it to me faster, as weeks with no real communication is not an acceptable time from. Nope. No response. A week later, my box finally shipped. The products are good, and I know this program is new, so I'm willing to let things go; I went to double check to see when my next box is coming and/or when my account will get charged. Upon attempt to log in, I got nothing. No account. I double checked the email I used, tried to see if maybe somehow I was using the wrong password... and it told me it does not have my account on file. Well, um... I wanted to give you my money again even though you honestly did a pretty poor job the first time... I was willing to play the game and see if the next month was smoother, but I guess that's not going to be a thing. I'm not willing to actually fight to give you my money. Let me be clean on something. I know that some boxes only have specific ship dates during the money, and that's fine, but I was not told this. I was told this isn't normal or acceptable. Then I was told my stuff still didn't ship. No real explanation. Then I was told I don't have an account. I would have been fine with the wait if someone had communicated to me that i should expect one. And now i actually feel unwelcome and like even though I have been nothing but polite and as gracious as I know how to be.... So alright. I guess we're breaking up before we really get started.

I followed an ad to sign up for the subscription. It was a free box to try, except I paid for shipping. I didn't really love the box. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't log into my account easily. When I emailed to cancel they said I had to pay for another month first, which was not said when I signed up.

The makeup I received in my box was low quality and the same makeup you get off of wish or any online shop that ships from China. The pallette was pretty but once again it's pretty low quality. I could probably get this stuff on wish for under 20 dollars so the box is overall way too expensive for what you're getting.

Products arent the greatest i have ever had, i think its a very deceiving service that says you can cancel anytime but if you do before the second box you get charged full price for the first so called "free" box. Only 4 products not 5 to 6 qnd onlt worth about $58 according to online prices so definitely not worth what they say!! I think they could step it up. Also my pallet was busted and they have done nothing to replace it and i have emailed many times.. very dissatisfied

I ordered the BabeBox, got an email same day saying that the box will be shipped out right away. Don't think they know what right away means since over a week they finally sent the box. Update I lowered the star to 2 because I only got 3 items in my box when they said you would get 5 - 6 items. I’m sorry I can’t see myself paying almost $36 dollars a month for 3 items.
