DONT BUY Still haven’t received my box. After researching, a lot of products aren’t cruelty free, the brands that they send all come under the same umbrella and have history of being same products with different labels. They advertise high end brands which they don’t send out at all, such as Morphe, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Stila etc. they do however have knock offs of these... When I tried to contact them, they left me on seen and then blocked me, they then blocked me on Facebook when I commented on a post for them to reply. Horrible service, complete scam and may take further action due to amount of people being scammed.

Awful experience. Over inflated values of products in box ($25 for a tiny compact with 4 shadows that are barely visible) I asked to have my monthly shipments paused because I lost my job due to Covid-19 and was told “sorry you signed a contract “. Also they added at charge for an “extra” item that I didn’t receive. Replies from customer service were sarcastic and unhelpful. Will never use this service again, please stay away and save yourself the grief! Edit: they charged my credit card in March 31st and I still have not received the box for April they wouldn’t let me cancel.

The first box isn’t free they’re a scam they later charge you 35$ for products you can get on wish/aliexpress even after you cancel and they won’t refund you your money back!

Awful company to deal with and definitely not worth your money or time. The products are mediocre at best and half of mine came damaged. Trying to deal with the company is a nightmare. I have been trying to get a refund on a box that never arrived for months with no luck. This company is the worst and definitely doesn’t stand up to the values it claims it stands for.

first free box was ok, but subscquent March box was terrible, totally joke, only 4 items none of them particularly good quality. Definitely not worth 36 dollars. beyond disappointed

Absolutely awful website, total scam. My box never arrived despite me waiting the required time of 2-3 weeks so I sent them an email saying I would like a refund and to cancel my subscription, been five days and still no reply from them. There’s no other obvious way to cancel subscription than via email which is weird and unhelpful.

Don't waste your money! Babe cosmetics can't seem to get anything right! From the quality of the products I received in the box I ordered to the responses from their customer service representatives, they need to start fresh and rethink their entire business model! Their billing department can't even enter the proper charges when processing a charge! If you want a good monthly box that's worth the money, go with boxycharm or ipsy!!! If you enjoy being disappointed, called stupid when you're trying to clarify mistakes in THEIR billing or just like to throw money away, then BabeBox has you covered!!!

Wish I would have seen this before ordering. Canceled my box last month and they still charged me this month. Contacted them and was told it is canceled now. Asked for my money back abd was told and for the inconvenience. Buyer beware. This is unacceptable. Not worth what they charge.
