Not fast shipping at all. I still have not received an or over a month ago. I received an email today my April box shipped. It will have to be a great box for me to stay at this point.

It took over a month to receive my first “free” box and the products are okay, but the eyeshadow palette isn’t what it states ( it’s nude) and the card says shimmer. I look bad in neutral colors. I hope the box I was charge for is better and worth the money.

Take to much time later I explain what good are the produc.

I still haven't received mine it's been longer then 30 days?

At first I was weary bc I couldn't get a response or even my box and info! I haven't received my first box...so, once I receive my box I'll leave another review, determining if it was worth the hassle or not! They're definitely NOT good at responding to emails in a timely manner, I DO know that my check! Also, for over a week I didn't even know if I was an active member or not bc they wouldn't respond to my first email. They pick and choose which ones to respond to and when!

I ordered on March 5 and still have not received my first box. I was billed for the second box without being able to review the first box. Emailed company 2 days ago to cancel and have not heard anything :(

So my card was debited on March 3rd gave it a few weeks bc the email said they were running behind. No problem well I still have yet to recieve my first box and they charged my card 35.95 for another month. Quickly cancelled subscription

I was disappointed that I was forced to stay a month after the 1st box. Not fair! It wasn't explained in big lettering at the start. The products were ok, not worth the money in my opnion.
