I love the option of getting makeup subscription but this one falls short. I did receive a free first month but I did not like any of their products. They’re not as high-quality as they claim and the retail price is quite expensive for the products. I also received a product that they don’t sell on their website neither could I find any information on the actual company that makes it. I also tried to cancel my subscription but according to them, when I signed up for the free box, I agreed to pay for the second month. Really disappointed.

I dont know cause I haven't gotten my box yet

So on a whim, I ordered the free box. It's always fun to get cosmetics, etc. in the mail, especially if the cost is 10 bucks or less. That was about 1week ago. The following day, I was sent the email urging me to review. Since I (obviously) couldn't have received my box yet, I figured I would just hold off on the review until after I had actually seen a d tried the products. Fast forward 1week and my box should be here today. In this last week I have been inundated with promo emails offering % off products, but always with time constraints, you know the type, they make you feel as if you will be missing some huge advantage of you don't"act immediately".TMTS!

The package was nice and well packed. The quality of the make up was not too impressive. The eye shadow pallet was not too pigmanted and had too much fall out. Matte lipstick was nice, but a little too drying. Mascara needs improvement, doesn't do anything for my lashes. I will not order again, very disappointed.

I seen the card in the box and $35 retail for a mask just does not sound right to me... The lipstick had a wax like feel and two of my subscription boxes i recieved one month had the exact same eyeshadow colors as the previous month! The only thing different about them was their packaging... One eyeshadow package was rectangle and the other one was square. This was the worst pigment i have ever experienced! This whole make up subscription box is designed for kids costume play make up.

Processing for shippment takes more than 2 weeks even they told me 2-7 business days as I order this in the beginning of april Hoping it will actually arrive in the 17 Update so I just wanted to see if this was worth it and in the ad it clearly said get your babebox free so I just wanted the free box not going to lie then when I got it I was satisfied with it so I canceled it but they subscribe me again for my second month so I chatted with them about it and I never saw the 1 free month and 1 paid month to get your first box free until they gave me the policy which is located somewhere else in the website not in the ad or after I brought it they told me after plus they said if I gave them a review I’ll get a discount sent to email and I have gotten nothing

I already send out an email to get assistance and no one has reached out. At this point I feel that I should cancel my subscription and I was actually excited

I made an order with this company gor make up brushes and wanted to be enrolled into the box but somehow the subscription cancelled on it . i have already emailed twice and still havent gotten a response for how it got cancelled. I had a theroy since i am enrolled with one email for myself and did a purchase with email for my daughter and tried to get the box enrolled for her on that order but the next day they let me know the brushes ship but that the order for the box got cancelled. So now imma have to re order and pay another shiping almost makes me feel like just getting her a subscription through another company this has been a hassell i should be able to pay for my daughters subscription.
