The first day I received it, it worked great. The second day, the product would not come out of the tip evenly unless it was being held with the tip pojnting down. My third try and it clumped horribly. I am completely unsatisfied with this product for the price.

I ordered a product from Focallure and after N initial confirmation of my order heard nothing. The product was promised within 4-7 days, but a week had passed and still no tracking number or notice of shipment. I contacted customer service (via their online chat tool) who refused to cancel my order and explained my product would be shipped in 4-7 days. I sent a follow-up email and was again told they would not cancel and informed of yet another delay. After a 3rd fruitless exchange with customer service, I filed a complaint with PayPal, after which my return was immediately processed. Based on my experience and the 120+ complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau, i’m beginning to doubt they even stock the make-up they claim to sell.

They sent me the wrong color. I’m blonde so I ordered the lightest color they offered and they sent me black......can’t use it.

This review is for Customer Service and not necessarily the product, because I have yet to receive it!! I placed the order on May 5, 2018 and shipping was 2-7 business days. I tried to reach Focallure by chat twice, but was never connected. I went to my PayPal account to open a dispute, but there was a message to contact Focallure by email before starting a dispute. I emailed them on 5/18/18. I did not get a response, but got a shipping confirmation the next morning stating it was shipped 5/19/18. It is now 5/24/18 and I still have not received the item (eyebrow pencil). I’m not sure I would actually even give 1 star. They didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to my email simply asking for the status of my order.

I was really disappointed to find I had to wait ages for my delivery and when it finally came I had to pay a further 16.80 gbp duty on it. This was not clear when I placed the order.
