Ordered the leg shaver for my wife.After over a month of waiting and having to phone number to contact and my emails saying they were on back order. They sent me this little tiny shaver that they claimed was a better product. It would take a full day to shave your legs with this lip shaver. Customer service was no help. Wanted to return it. Was told that I excepted it and did not respond to the email they sent. Which was true as I found it in the spam folder.

I placed an order for the microblading non-permanent tattoo eyebrow pen on May 12 for Mother’s Day. After a week passed and no word from them or tracking. I emailed them and asked where my package was? They kept stringing me along for not one week, not two or even three weeks but NOW still no package and its a MONTH LATER!!!! After telling them I am unable to wait any longer, and to cancel/refund my order they tell me they will only refund TEN PERCENT of my order!!!!!! Hell no. I’ve waited a month and you have the audacity to tell me only 10% refunded??? No way. I disputed the charge through my bank for the order. They just emailed me saying they can’t cancel it now as it’s finally getting ready to be shipped out. I told them do not bother, as I’ve disputed the order through my bank and will be getting a full refund. How ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and literally the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever witnessed. Don’t waste your time or money on this pathetic, horrible business!!!!! Not worth the headache!!!

Easy to use website. Order shipped in quoted time. But then didn't get my order and they don't give a crap about that

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them - as with other reviewers, I ordered one of their products over a month ago and still have not received it. Through five exchanges, I have been told my order is "in fulfillment." I asked for it to be cancelled and was told it cannot be cancelled as it is "in fulfillment." How is that even a thing? I have never had that happen before, and I buy way too much online. These people are scammers, plain and simple. Steer clear.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I placed my order on May 2nd and it has been in fullfilment status since then, I tried canceling and they say they can't because it's in fullfilment status.

I ordered the product over 3 weeks ago and just received it a couple days ago. I am very dissatisfied with the product. I was so excited waiting for the brow product & when I recieved it, it was dried out and not worth the 24 bucks I paid for it. It wasn't what I expected at all. 🤨

It's a complete scam. I ordered a "microblading tattoo eyebrow ink pen". I placed my order on 7/5/2018 and I haven't recieved anything!!! I even payed for insured international shipping (7-14 days). NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS UNRELIABLE WEBSITE!!!!

Boooo...Product was way darker in person (Microblading pen) and arrived more than 2 weeks after I ordered it. On the company commitment page it says that returns are easy!!! You need to email them to see if you are eligible for a return and then the customer pays for return shipping. That stinks. How is that easy? Update: The company will NOT return the product because it was opened.
