I got this for my daughter and the product was not sealed some items looked used and there were items that we didn't know what they were for or how to use. I was very dissapointed and dissatisfied any other boxes I get from different companies give a card with product names and uses. I chatted with a live representative and was told I can not cancel my subscription I will be contacting my banks fraud center and will have the box returned to sender and let my fraud team handle this. I do not recommend. A free trial is to be able to try out a companies product so you can see if satisfied. I will be sticking with ipsy and target atleast I know what I'm getting and a short explanation of use. I'm just extremely upset that I am being forced products that I am less than dissatisfied with!!!!!!

I got a subscription for the babe box and it still hasnt shipped. I havent received confirmation that my box has been sent its been over a week. Also i have been trying to get ahold of customer service for the past couple of days there is no phone number just an email address. So far im not a fan!

I was happy to see that there were all full sized products and I was actually impressed until I ended up using them. Very poor quality! Matte lipstick tried to mimic Kylie, but the formula bled all over my face and would never dry. 30 minutes after applying I looked in the mirror it was EVERYWHERE (teeth, nose, face) looked like a bloody mess. Mascara is super liquidy and runny, primer was ok but seems more like moisturizer than mascara. Everything was lower than basic, it was borderline dollar store quality!

Products are sub par, slow too ship and they use a very slow shipping service. They are very deceitful- not allowing you to cancel Until you pay for 1 full Box. Products are dollar store quality.

Receiving plenty emails on savings..but am still waiting on my order therefore cannot give a full review at the moment

Well I’m learning that the selection of make up is very limited. I’m also learning I have no way to log in and choose my colors for my monthly box. Not a service I plan to continue after this first box.

I wanted to try babe box and see if I liked the products the first month and I saw advertising for a free box for the first month. I was not fully satisfied with what I received and also was not told I would have to pay for my second box the following month until I tried canceling my subscription. The products were okay but not worth the amount they are asking for

Babebox arrived late, box was opened and eyeshadow pallet broken. Not happy.
