I’ve been trying to cancel the box for two months and I keep getting the run around. It’s turned me off from purchasing from you in any regard in the future. Make canceling EASY and don’t make me continue to pay for boxes while you decide whether or not to reply to my emails. I DONT WANT THE BOXES ANYMORE. They are too expensive. I’ve fulfilled my side of the contract with getting one free and one paid box, now STOP CHARGING ME FOR THEM.

I have repeatedly cancelled my subscription since November and you rip off c*!? keep charging me. It’s unacceptable!

Haven’t received my items yet despite being more than one month since I paid for it. This is the second time I order and it happened to occur last time. Really disappointed

I am really annoyed by the fact that this babe box subscription got added to my cart automatically. I already wrote three complains about this and tried to cancel the subscription I DON'T WANT, but until now nobody bothered to answer. All I got was more adds. Sneaky marketing strategy and poor customer service. Though I love your products I probably will not order again, because of this.

Don’t buy anything! I didn’t get my order!

I ordered the free month of Babebox from them (more about the "free" box below). The box came quickly and was super cute. The items inside were a different story. I only received 4 items when it clearly states we would be getting 5+ items. Of the 4 items, I kept one, a Tony Moly sheet mask. I threw away one, because it was damaged and a mess. It was a glitter product that I'm still unfortunately cleaning up. I gave the last two products to my 9 year old granddaughter because they obviously were children's makeup and brushes. They were a set of 4 really cheap looking and feeling brushes and a 3 piece liquid lipstick kit with awful colors that felt sticky and gross on my lips . I'm so disappointed in this box and I am being forced into another month because I got my first box free (which wasn't entirely free because I paid $6.95 for shipping which was probably the total value of this box). So if I cancel, I end up paying $29 for the "free" box. I did let them know I needed to cancel because of financial problems, they let me know I'd be charged $29 for the free box or I could get a discounted subscription for a lot less. What could I do? Either way I don't have the money but I really don't have a choice. As far as the value of the box, let's just say I could get all these items from Wish for about $10 including the shopping. In fact I've seen all of these items on Wish!!!They boast a total value of $150! That's a laugh!! I will definitely be canceling this subscription after I receive my January box.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. This company is a total money grab. DO NOT get the subscription box. I Repeat do not! I thought I'd try the free month and after it not being shipped for about 20 days from when it should have ( they only did AFTER I contacted them). What came in it was total crap and nowhere near the value of what I paid. To top it all up, at the time I signed up the website stated that you could cancel at any time no matter what. I have screenshots of this. When I asked to cancel my subscription they refused until I paid for a month completely ignoring me explaining what their website stated and what I agreed to. Fast forward to the next month (this month). I had to pay for the month, the box was only shipped once again 20 days after it should have been and only after I contacted the ( to which they have YET to reply to - its been three days now) and I miraculously got a shipping confirmation. BRUTAL!!!!
