I have emailed multiple times with no response. Zero customer service. Very upsetting.

Please don’t bug from this company, I ordered my first box, which was suppose to be free. The Description said “cancel anytime” when I realized my next bill date was less than 10 days away I emailed the company to cancel. It took like three days for someone from the company to even respond. When they did the response was EXTREMELY rude....he started off the email with “let me explain a few things to you” then he went off to explain that in order to receive the “free” box i agreed to pay for the next month also...however this was NO WHERE stated when I signed up. I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation and my next bill date is next week. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Girls please do your research. Read all hidden clauses, do not trust costumer service. The makeup I got wasnt even from Focallure. This is a very sketchy practice. The costumer basically blamed me for everything and they kept talking down to me. . -100/10

They buy stuff from aliexpress and act like it’s theirs. Once I realised that I had already subscribed to their “free” first “babebox”. I emailed them directly after saying I wanted to cancel, because for some reason they don’t just have a cancel button. They ignored my first e-mail. I emailed again, and they responded with something very vague, I didn’t understand it so I emailed again. This time they said “we’re sorry your order is taking so long, it will be processed now!” Which is NOT what I asked for. I emailed again, saying this is not what I wanted. They then emailed me that if I want to cancel I Will have to pay €30 for the next “babebox”, while the first one wasnt even sent to me yet. I emailed once again, and they replied with yes your cancelling Will be tested for approval now or something like that. So I was finally kind of satisfied. A few minutes later I recieved an e-mail that my order was on my way. The order that I dont even want. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this disgusting company
