Your delivery pro was is very bad I orderd on 7th Feb and I didn't recived my order till. I dnt you guys provide the products or make fool to customers.

I did not receive my package on time and I ordered last month and I did not receive a fine yet and I already paid for the next, how does that make sense?

I ordered the free box but didn’t realise this meant I had to them sign up for another month so I then cancelled the free box, then a few weeks later I got an email saying the free box had been shipped so I emailed saying that this had been cancelled, they said that they couldn’t cancel as it had already been dispatched, but I had cancelled weeks before, I have now also been charged full price for a second month which I unacceptable as I had cancelled, very unhappy with the service I recieved

Products are poor. Quality and. I have tried canceling my subscription multiple times and they keep. Charging my account

I am a beauty blogger with a huge following and always looking for new products and subscription boxes to try out. I ordered this box, because I wanted to try a smaller, not as well know brand box, so I was excited to give it a shot. I was not reached out to be an influencer or paid to try their products, I purchased this box with my own money. I received my items after about a week and a half. I received a very tiny box with the seal cut and it was re-taped over a bunch with clear tape. I contacted customer service the day that it arrived, trying to return it and they didn't even address my concerns. They said I was sucked into 2 months of products. I opened the box and did research on all of the items. I received a teeth whitening stick that I only could find on one page on eBay for $1.50 (also it was not labeled correctly with no country or origin and the ingredients weren't listed correctly). I received an unbranded eye mask pack of 2 , worth $2, an eyeliner pen that did not exist on the internet prob about $3, a Focallure Mascara on their website for $25, and a Focallure palette worth $15. This value is not over $150. Also, in the email a lady named Kate said that "each box contains $100-$120 with of products", not the stated $150 on the website. The email I got also was very generic and not personalized, so Im sure it was just copied and pasted with so many people complaining about it. I am terrified of using these products and think the entire thing is a scam, with cheap, fake branded products. I would have felt better if all of the products were Focallure brand, not random, cheap items thrown in. They also state that they are cruelty free but I am very disappointed because they ship to China and other countries that require animal testing to be sold there.....so cruelty free idk..? The box is confusing and you don't get anything near what you pay for... $40. Dont waist your money.

This sub box needs a lot of help. The eyeshadow palette i recieved was not good quality. The matte eyeshadows are so chalky and have no pigmentation. It looks really nice but it was a huge disappointment. The brush cleaner pad has no suction and is flimsy. It does work with slight modification. The eyeliner and sealer im confused about. Dont understand why it needs a sealer? I got under eye masks too. The masks arent something id normally use. I also go a teeth whitening pen. I have yet to use it and im not sure if i will. I was excited to try it, however based on the other products in unsure what this will do(if it'll really do the job) and if it is safe. First impressions are everything ..this failed.
