Got charged for my first box over 2 weeks ago and hasn't even been sent yet. A few days later I got charged for another month and I still haven't received that either or an update. When I emailed about it they were rude to me. Won't be using them again.

So I went on their site to order the 2-way rotating InStyler that's was advertises shipment in 2 to 7 days my niece was having a birthday and a week so seven days was perfect I waited the seven days and still I had not received an email letting me know my product was being shipped I emailed them regarding the problem and was then told 7 to 15 days dissatisfied with the false advertisement I requested a refund and then I was told no cancellations after 48 hours and I Can Only Get Back store credit now you tell me after you take my money and let me know that the 2 to 7 days was a lie just to get my money and I still don't have my product

Unacceptable. Charged for two boxes. Haven’t even received one. Customer service unexisting.

So I originally signed up for the "free" starter box ($6.95 shipping) and I wasn't too disappointed with it. It DID take a REALLY long time for it to be sent out and the products really weren't all that great. But what really ticked me off is, after I received my box, I received an email from Focallure offering me a $5 refund and $5 (each) in account credit if I wrote a review on the 4 sites that I received links to in the email and uploaded proof (which I did). This was over a month ago (closer to 6 weeks now). I had to have a new credit card issued, so I haven't provided my new card number to Focallure yet. I've received multiple emails regarding the fact that they can't bill me for this month's box, but I have yet to receive a single response when I ask them if they intend to provide me the credits/refund I was promised. I'm going to be editing my previous reviews, and if anyone else has had this same experience, please reply to this post. I'd love to know if this is an isolated incident or if they've done this to other customers as well.

Signed up after seeing an ad on Facebook for your first box free. Shipping was $5 so I figured why not try it. Boy do I regret it! What they don’t tell you is it’s not free, it’s buy one get one free. If you try to cancel they tell you they can’t help you til you’ve paid for your second month. The box is $30 plus $6 shipping. Not worth it. The shipping should be free considering how long it takes them to get a box to you and the items are cheap cheap cheap. I have bought many of the items I received for $2 on the Wish app. I feel completely ripped off. This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers

Terribly bad service. Promised I’d have the lipsticks for my daughters wedding. The wedding is this Saturday. No sign of a delivery and there was 3 weeks to make it happen. The original post on this site created a response from Focallure, but as it seems now empty promises that they would be delivered. Focallure offered delivery of the lipsticks or a refund. I’d like a refund. Next time Focallure, leave a name and contact name on your message and don’t use ‘dear’ when you address and upset customer. Unbelievable.

I never subscribe they are charging me every month without my approval and no ody respond to my emails

Im very unhappy.. i still dint get my parchel that i ordered. i also dint get my free gift... i honestly regret being a member because i dont see any benefits.. this is the third month of my payment...
