I ordered my first box a month ago and paid for shipping. Then I paid for my 2nd box and have yet to receive either of them. Hopefully I get them soon and this is just some random mix up and not a representation of how this subscription box works.

I ordered a box in February still haven’t received it and they charged me for my second box and I haven’t received the first one. 2 babe boxes I haven’t received, timing is horrible. They don’t refund when they service is horrible tracking system was down for days .. SMH

Wouldn’t cancel my account until they drained it of money, it’s been over a month and still no box anywhere.

Bad Experience

I’m being asked to review products that I have not yet received. I’ve been very communicative about the fact that I have not received my shipment and have asked to cancel my subscription and have not received a response.

I never received anything from you this is a scam you took my money and never sent a thing I am reporting you to my bank don’t do this it is a scam

הI had a very bad experience with you sadly. Also I've just got an email that my second subscription box was sent to me, but I didn't even got the first one..

This was the worse thing I signed up for I was supposed to get a free box to try it out but I still haven't received the box now i got charged for the second box still nothing and I still have to pay for one more before they let me cancel. And there is no way online to check the status.
