I have ordered the first box free never received it after several emails saying it would be shipped that week, still not shipped or processed, cancelled my order but still has been charge for the 2nd box and still not processed or shipped

This company is a joke. My first box was never even shipped and they did not refund my money. My second box took over 4 weeks to even be shipped and they kept giving me ridiculous reasons why. I canceled right away....this is a SCAM.

This company, and box are a total scam, and their customer service is totally rude. I signed up in early February, I got multiple emails saying my box was on it's way but after 3 weeks I emailed them to cancel since I still haven't received anything or gotten a tracking number. After 10+ emails, where their customer service team were rude and consistently lied about why I can't cancel. I even brought up that their website says cancel anytime, and they said "you can only cancel in the last two weeks of the month" but you also have to cancel before the 20th, so that's a window of less then 6 days. I've finally gotten my subscription cancelled after reporting them to the FTC, BBB and commenting on all their social posts. After finally getting confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, they actually replied to an older email asking to cancel saying that they can't cancel my subscription and they felt the need to send a box to me anyhoe weeks after I reached out to my bank to reverse the charge, which they did. So I'll be keeping an eye out on my account to see if they try changing me again at the end of the month. And wow, is this box amazing🙄!! Content of box: * Phoera Dew Me, $2.99 on Ali Express * Kiss Beauty Perfect Highlighter Liquid, $1.10 on Ali Express * Pudaier Beauty Dewy Finish Mist & Fix, $2.69 on Ali Express * 24K Gold Crystal Collagen Eye Mask Dark Circle Eye Bags Patches, $12.72 for 40 on Amazon * Flawless Instant Painless Facial Hair Remover, $20 at Ulta(but the one they sent is a knockoff so it's not even worth $20) The packaging is completely beat up and the box was taped up, looks like an eBay Mystery box and sure as hell feels like one. They promise everything is valued at over $100 but we can see that's a complete lie. They also say each box is curated just for you, but if you read the other reviews, they all had the exact same things in them. P.S. they actually sent me an email asking me to review my experience

Never recieved first box and they have my money there's no way to actually talk to anyone I would not recommend!

I paid for my free box 2/16/2019 I fully understand that I had to commit to buying a box at full price. 3/1/2019 I was charged for the box I needed to pay for. Ok no problem. But I still have not received the free box. I received one box 3/11/2019. The box has a retail value of $14 are you kidding me I just paid $40 some dollars to receive $14 in products?! And they still refuse to give me information on the other free box they replied in a email that they’re behind on sending the free boxes out. I’m going to call my bank and start a fraudulent claim.

Dear people, you don't deserve this subscription. Just don't try to even waste your time. Long story short, I purchased my "first free month" on Feb 22nd saying that my order has been confirmed and I just paid the delivery fee. On March 1st, they tried to charge me but I kept my card blocked. They kept charging and sending me emails asking to update my card details. And I asked for cancellation but they claimed I agreed to pay for the second month so I can only cancel the third month. Then I asked, show me your terms and conditions that oblige me to pay for the second month too. They are not able to answer and said my subscription has been cancelled. Alright, so what happened with the first order then? It has been cancelled and my delivery has been refunded. They said. Thank God I didn't let them to get the money for second month. So what happened between Feb 22nd till March 1st? It's saying my order has been confirmed but not sent yet until I paid for second month? Very smart leaching on people. You know what? People want to try your first box first to see if it's worth it, and it's not. At all, because you said the first box will be sent within 7-14 business days after purchase. But nothing happened until you pay for the second month and now March 15 it's confirmed that my order has been cancelled. From Feb 22nd till March 15th is more than 14 business days already, please.

The box is nothing like I expected. If I wanted to go to Walmart and buy cheap products, I would. It was a waste of time and money and would never buy one again.

It has been over a month and I still have not received my my "Free' babebox or the current months with NO SHIPPING INFORMATION at all. This company is a scam! They refuse to cancel my order and refund me and when you sign up for the 'free' box you sign up to get the second months at full price as a minimum requirement which is POORLY advertised. Especially for how expensive it is. Costumer service keeps giving me the same answers like it is a copy and paste generic message. DO NOT GET THE Babebox IT IS A scam!!!!!!!!!!! *UPDATE: 2 Months later only have not received my free box but the box they charged me over $30 for. The products had HAIR on them and they were dirty and smell weird. The products are so sketchy and I just threw them away.
