Worst subscription ever, customer service is absolutely horrible. These people just steal your money and have no remorse. I turned to my bank to try to get Justice.

I was charged on the 11th of March and was never sent a box. Then I got charged again on the 2nd of April for a second box. If I never received a first box how am I to know if I was to continue with this subscription.

Ordered box on 3/8/19, I have yet to receive it! Just got charged for the next box which I have been telling them I didn’t want. The address on the emails are phones. I was in Vegas last week and it’s an empty house for sale. I honestly don’t know how many times I’ve told them I want to cancel and guess what? I’m still a member. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a complete joke, either get put on hold for almost 10 minutes then to be told the person I have to talk to is not in today. I have even had a rep hang up on me as soon as I asked to cancel my membership!

Iv had a bad experience y’all just take money and it’s all a scam Iv been sending email after email for y’all to cancel my subscription and y’all keep charging and still refuse to get back to me or cancel my subscription all y’all want is money. So for the 100th time cancel my subscription

I am not happy with the entire process. I have not received my initial trial box and have now been charged for a monthly subscription box. I did not receive shipping info on the trial box until yesterday & today I am charged for another box!! Beyond dissatisfied. I have contacted your customer service & gotten little to no results!! I will be opening a dispute & complaint file with PayPal, my bank and my credit card company tomorrow. Cancel my “membership”, return my money and keep your boxes. I want nothing to do with any of it.

Only because you won't accept my cancellation. I've cancelled my free box and any future boxes from this company. 4 times in the past few days I've repeatedly asked to cancel and today you shipped it. I'm disappointed on the service.

Omg I'm so angry right now, I don't even know where to start. I guess I'll start the beginning and I'll try to make this as short as possible. I saw ads for the babebox and I was intrigued by the claim that you get your box for free however of course I didn't know at the time that really you're not because you're obligated to purchase the second box and to be honest I'm not even quite sure how much the second box was but I'm pretty confident that it was over $20. Well I just received my second box and I'm even more Angry than I was when I received the first box I just added up all the products I received in the second box and they totaled out to $18.63. And as I said pretty sure the Box cost to be well over that. Every single one of the products that I received was something easily found online that didn't cost more than a few bucks. The quality of the products that I received, there are no words. I feel completely idiotic for having been roped into this, needless to say I cancel my membership after I received the first box which was just as poor quality. Not only do they mislead you they send you cheap generic products. If I could help any readers out I would say please don't waste your time and your money!!
