If I could give it no stars I would. Never received my first supposedly free box, instead they waited for this month and were quick to charge me. Horrible subscription will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Have also contacted customer service and they refused to cancel my subscription have sent many emails no response

First box never received and then they charge me for a second box!!!! I should have listened to the horrible reviews!

I am not happy with the service I got. I subscribed for the babebox but after subscribing I wanted to cancel the subscription and get my money back , but instead of canceling my order and subscription Focallure did not end my membership and I got charged the full amount for the second month's babebox aswell , after asking to cancel my subscription. The terms and conditions are not stated clearly.

I am not happy, my first shipment never came in March. I am a first time customer trying it for my first month and pay a shipment fee of $6.99 still waiting and now I get charged for April and still haven’t received my first one. I am so disappointed. I am want a full refund for this.

*Babebox Absolutely disgusting customer service! First box should have been sent by March 10th...I subsequently cancelled on Mar. 22 since the first box had not been sent yet... They ignored multiple emails... Ignored repeated attempts to cancel... Received an email 20 min ago (April 3rd) saying my first box just went out and oh yeah... We have also charged you for the next box! Run the other way!!!

I havent even reseved my first box and theh charged me for another one after i asked to be done and stop my subscription im not getting emailed back about it at all im verry unsatusfied with my service
