Bad customer service. I emailed to cancel subscription and was charged for second month without receiving first month. Emails are ignored. F rating on Better Business Bureau. If you think you are going to be treated appropriately this is NOT the company to order from. I have a complaint with PayPal open right now. Save yourself the grief. My hubby will be having the bank go after them as well.

I ORDERED MY BABE BOX TWO MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT. IVE MESSAGED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID TO GIVE THEM A FEW MORE DAYS TO GET IT SHIPPED OUT..AND THEY SAID THIS ON TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS IN TWO SEPERATE EMAILS AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED WHAT I PAID FOR. THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR TWO MONTHS NOW AND I NEVER RECIEVED A THING, I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE MY FREE BOX THAT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THINKING I WOULD BE ABLE TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTERWARDS UNLESS I REALLY LIKED THE PRODUCTS THEN I WOULD CONTINUE. BUT I WAS NOTHIVEN A CHOICE, ONCE I SIGNED UP I WAS FOR ED TO PAY $30. I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THIS COMPANT MULTIPLE TIMES FOR MULTIPLE REASONS BUT MAINLY ASKING WHERE MY BABE BOX IS AND TO CANCEL ALL TOGETHER AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE FIRST MONTHLY PAYMENT GOES THROUGH, THEN TO MESSAGE THEM AGAIN AND REQUEST TO CANCEL. THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN AND IKIST FEEL LIKE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS IVE BEEN BLATANTLY LIED TO OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS A HUGE SCAM AND IM GOJNG TO HAVE TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD. DONT TRUST THIS “FOCALLURE” COMPANY.

I ordered my first box, March 3rd. It is April 3rd and I still have no recieved my first box and I got charged for my 2nd box. The ready to ship states 2-7 business days. This is absolutely appalling and ridiculous. I've gotten crappy automated responses, when I have emailed asking about my order. And not being able to cancel, until you get charged for another box is ridiculous. Just all around poor customer service and everything else. I can't rate the boxes, because I HAVEN'T GOTTEN ONE....

I have emailed this company numerous times to give me my money back because I have never received my first box, and they are continuing to charge me. Everytime I email them about money or canceling they do not respond. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT IS A SCAM

Ok I sent 7 emails to cancel my Subscription.There have been no answer back to my request.i got my first box and it looked like it came from Dollar Tree.I will be going to my bank and cancelling any future payments.This was the biggest mistake I ever made.

They told me for 2 weeks now my box would be shipped it finally shipped. I cancelled my subscription because I was fed up on waiting and still got charged. After I find out how to take my card off I will not do this one again

This company is horrible!!! They barley respond to you. When they do it’s lies! I signed up a month ago never received my box! Asked to cancel my account.. they never canceled it. I have now been charged for a second box never received the first! So to be clear they keep on charging you and you never get any products! All you get is an email 10 days after you send it asking you to be patient

This company is absolutely horrible, I have yet to even get one box and I emailed support to cancel after almost a week I got a response back telling me no they would not cancel my account and now I've been charged for a second box. I do not recommend buying anything from them
