This is a total scam. They just took my money for something I never received. They also subscribed me to their product, Babebox which I never subscribed myself. After a month, I received my tracking number, when tracked says, "it does not exist". Worst customer service. They are meant to totally loot people. Please now unsubscribe me from your product.

Focallure is a scam! I ordered one product as advertised on Facebook, and without my knowledge they added a subscription to Babebox.. When I tried to cancel I was told the subscription could not be cancelled until after I had paid for one shipment. And the product I ordered has not been shipped. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Hey! I’ll share my opinion about your crook company even without a gift card - FOR FREE JUST LIKE MY FIRST BABEBOX THAT I HAVEN’T GOT YET. On site, you say, that you process orders in 3-5 days. Okay... today is 8th of April and I ordered my box on 13TH OF MARCH! I guess it’s already been more than 3-5 days? Customer service lies to me everytime saying that they’re gonna ship my order very soon, but still I have nothing. You lie to people to get money from them and don’t send them anything. Awful. I’m going to complain and sue

This is a scam. For all of you that got charged and haven't heard back you need to call your bank and have them refund it and block them from charging you again. Even my bank already knew what i was talking about. She said she had more than myself calling in about this.
