So far the experience has been great. I really enjoy the fact that I got an email from the woman in charge of sales herself to thank me for ordering and that the company is very interested in knowing how our experience was. I’ve already received a shipping notification (I ordered the Argan steam straightener yesterday) so shipping seems very fast. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I haven’t received the actual product yet to test out. So far so good x

I have only just made my order so am unable to give a review yet ,but so far ordering was simple and the notification of my order was quick ,it seems my order has been dispatched will be interesting how long it takes to reach me in the UK

I've ordered three times now. The first time my order was sent without hesitation. The second time though, it was over a month before my product arrived. I did contact customer service a few times in that period and found out that one item was out of stock. That was fine, I only hope that down the road Focallure will send notification about the delay of an order via email to be a little more proactive when this happens. It does, and will because that's how things are. Communication is key. They did ship it express so it got to me in record time. That was wonderful of them and helped build my faith in the company once again. I ordered a third time and this time it has gone much smoother with my order already shipping out. I think this company may be young but they are definitely learning from their mistakes. I will continue to conduct business with them because their waterproof lipstick is fricking amazing. No joke! Once it dries that stuff doesn't come off until you take it off. Two thumbs up on the products!

Love the glitter stix. Just took two and a half months to get here though..

The company really followed up with me about my purchases and made me feel appreciated.

I purchased 3 long wear matte lipsticks and a sale price bag of wax beads. The wax beads did a great job and smelled nice. The lipstick was heavily pigmented shades that were lovely. They were all darker than expected for my pale complexion. Went on smooth, felt comfortable. I wish they would stay on longer. By end of a school day it looks bad, it starts to wear off the inner lip within the first couple hours. For the price I will purchase again.

Wish the shippinh would update faster
