Stay far away from this company!! Scams!!!! I purchased 2 boxes, 2 different times. By the end of March still not arrived. Been waiting on the first boxsince end of Feb. Told the company to cancel my membership. Got told I had to purchase another box since Apperantly 2 wasn't enough. Told them not to charge me again. stated in emails I'd done purchased 2, still not received 2 boxes but was charged today for a third box. So far they have gotten over 80.00 from me. I haven't got a thing.

I still haven’t received the first box, was just billed for the second one after asking to cancel even the free one. I feel like this is a total scam and would like all 70$ of my money back.

Please do not fall for this babebox stuff. You do not get anything "free". They never actually sent me anything and I had to shut my bank account down to get them to stop randomly withdrawing money. Try ignore all of your emails and just keep charging you for stuff you never receive.

Scammers ! They take your $ , don’t send products , take $ out your acc regularly unauthorised and Block you

I've had a horrible time with customer service and being charged without receiving my past box. I do not recommend signing up for this box.

Honestly not impressed with my box or customer service because i was charged and still haven't gotten my box!

It has been a month, my first box has still not shipped. Nor has the additional items I ordered and paid for. I have been charged for my 2nd box. Yet my first has not shipped. I have emailed numerous times am just told to be patient. I have never been so disappointed in a company. So feeling that I have been scammed. I want my subscription/membership canceled ASAP even better cancel it NOW!!! Update: about 3 days after this review I received both boxes. I enjoy the product very much. But the customer service leaves much to be desired. If you decide to use this company be prepared for a month to 6 weeks for orders/subscriptions to be shipped out. I did follow through and canceled my subscription/membership, I couldn't get past the service and delays.

I have not received my box yet although I paid for it a month ago. I have sent numerous email to cancel my subscription with no return email response. I have to take some responsibility for doing business with a company with no phone number. I will be cancelling my credit card to avoid any further charges and reporting Focallure to the BBB.
