If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed an order 37 days ago. Every time I emailed customer service, I was told it was in the next batch being processed and would be shipped in 3 business days. I was told this multiple times -- even after I started demanding a refund. They said they can only cancel it within 2 days of purchase. I have not received my product, they give me boilerplate responses, and they refuse to give a refund. I'm having to dispute the charge on my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Productos:algunos medianamente buenos , otros los encuentras en aliexpress a 1€ , recibi la primera gratis pagando envio , me han cobrado otras tres y solo he recibido la gratis y otra mas , dicen que es facil cancelar la subscripcion pero es mentira he tardado un mes para cancelarla escribiendo y escribiendo y mientras yo decia cancelen me cobraron otra caja que supongo como las otras dos no llegara nunca... Es scam un timo y espero que no caigan en ello la caja no vale los 29$

Not empressed. No brand name items all are focallure and I didn’t really think the makeup was great quality at all.

This box took forever to get. I actually got charged for my second box before the first free one even came. I couldn’t even cancel before I knew if I wanted it or not. They kept sending me coupons to buy stuff from them for the wait. But I’m a person who wants to see the product before I buy more. I bought something that haven’t even come yet which they have not responded to my email yet either. They didn’t even out a rush on my shipping it took well over a month to get. Not happy at all. At least give me time to get my first box before u charge me for the next

The company is terrible in meeting with the customers needs. They are agressive and only cares about selling their stuff. I ordered a product one month ago,and I have not received it yet. The worse thing they just emailed me that the product that I ordered seems unavailable and offering me another one after one month waiting! I do not want another product,I want my money back if you do not have the product that you are promoting for! In addition,I was subscribed to their silly monthly ogfer,ofcourse,they cashed the money but they are not replying to my request of unsubacribing. It is terrible. Do not deal with them.

Very disappointing. Will return. Expected name brand products like other subscription services offer. For this price I'm better off going with a different one. Feel mislead, small print gets you every time. Beware.

TERRIBLE company! They keep sending me boxes I don't want and they ignore all of my emails and requests to cancel. I got my free box and immediately cancelled after and have been charged for two more boxes. They refuse to refund me and will NOT reply to any emails. They have no customer service number or anyway to reach them other than emails they never respond to!
