The products were so cheap they look like they came from the dollar tree and when I signed up for one box I didn’t know you had to get two. I emailed and every time a different person emailed me back with no explanation. Customer service is awful!

The ads for sign up for the BabeBox is deceiving when I signed up I click an ad on Facebook said get this brush set upon sign up first box free just pay shipping. Well I didn’t get a brush set instead I received a single brush, eye palette, lip crayon (which the included card said lip gloss), Mascara, and a sheet mask. Not a fan of any of the makeup received my second box absolutely did not like anything I received got a 4 step black head nose thing don’t even have English instructions. Canceling is a b!tch can’t even figure out how to cancel.

Sucky brand. Not worth almost $40 a month for cheap makeup. Boxycharm is $21 and I get actual brand name items. Never order form this site

This is the WORST company online. The first box thats supposed to be free took 3 months to get to me. Then after several times of trying to cancel my subscription they still continued to charge me. I had to dispute the charges to my bank. Then when I did get the babebox the items they sent is junk. The ugliest colors (orange) and the items are cheap products like I'd find from a dollar store. The best advice I can give to all of you is DONT do it. This box is NOT worth $35.00. Not only are the cheap products the products are sample sizes. You want a good deal get Boxycharm, its only $21 all familar brands and full size. This Babebox is a joke & a horrible company to that does shady business (not even a phone number).

Not rcvd the box as already paid for it

Horrible customer service. Sends way too many emails. One of said emails states that they will contact you before your first box ships to go over your skin tone to personalize your box, they never contacted me about that! They're also deceptive about their policies. Your first box isn't free! You aren't allowed to cancel before you're second box.

Avoid at all costs, this is poor and very over priced for what you get. No leaflet enclosed describing the products and the price, as other subscriptions do. Some items had no info on them either, no ingredients, description etc!! Straight in the bin. A supposed $150 value, I don't think the items were even worth what was paid for the box plus a free one. Plenty of other subscription boxes to choose from, that don't feel like a scam. This is not from the official focallure site which is focallure.com. For example March/Feb boxes prices found online: Focallure Pink Palette $11 Focallure liquid lip $5 Focallure Single Eyeshadow $5 Pudaier primer $3 Lip gloss $1.50 Blackhead remover set $2 Eye masks $2 Lip balm maybe?? - no info on item can't find brand on line!
