Update*** I have huge problem now with this "Focallure" company. First of all, they are using some other company's name. They buy the products from the real Focallure and sell them hrough this shopfocallure.com page. The box states youa re recieving products valued in + $120 however most of the time the real price of the products doesn't even cover the price of the box + shipping. I tried to cancel since June 13 but they just kept telling that I had to fill out a form (which I did TWICE), finally last Saturday received an email "confirming" the cancellation of my subscription but the very next day I received an email saying that my payment method was declined. So was it cancelled or not? They are just scammers, please, DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS/BABEBOX!!!

I tried to cancel my membership and return my first box because I was diagnosed with cancer and can no longer wear makeup or have the finances. They explained I have to pay and receive my second one and then I could cancel.

I ordered items from this site and didn’t get emails about not being able to recieve it until a week after I ordered it. The refund policy is within 48 hours so they refused to give me a refund. Then proceeded to charge me for the item 3 more times and I still haven’t received it 2 months later. This site is a scam

Products are made quite cheaply and delivery took way too long (almost 6 months)! Half my products were not received / faulty and the company would not compensate appropriately as order was made half a year ago.

I cancelled my subscription and 2 days later I was charged $30.95. According to the account page before I cancelled it said my next charge would be July 1st. So I figured I had enough time to cancel before I was charged. But I was charged and this is BAD business. So far im not impressed and i have yet to receive a box yet compared to other subscribtion services I've tried I give 1/5 would not recommend, the idea is great execution is lacking, there is not a way to costumize make up , as a black woman makeup is not one size fit all the online site isn't very user friendly, I created an account but there's no where to log into the cancelation process is absolute garbage, customer service options are practically non existant
