Horrible box was supposed to get my first box free they charged me for the shipping like $7.95 which was fine but then few days later was charged $29 and just received the box 2 weeks later and it is horrible nothing good in it and I was charged more then I should of been. Can’t even find where to unsubscribe to this horrible beauty box. I’m a esthetician and makeup artist thought may get to try out some new products but no I got pore shrinking cream and moisturizer!

I was charged for my next month box and when I signed it I signed up for the free 30 day trial I didn't even receive my free box yet and my card was charged after only signed up for 5 days the customer service representative is rude and not helpful at all this is the worse would not recommend

I have no idea what one item is! It's a round skinny tube. It is black and unsealed. When you take the cap off there is a small white brush. When you twist the other end it clicks and this stinky black goo squeezes out. Is it black head mask? I have no idea but it stinks! Like burning tires, IT STINKS! Where do I use it?

Awful!!! This box is filled with junk!! I want to cancel! Why are so many products from china?! I keep hearing that you guys make it impossible to cancel. The advertising was "just pay shipping" so that's all I'm paying for. Cancel NOW. I don't want any of this junk. The serums are awful and I hate this.

I can’t get into the website to see what my stuff actually is or what it is used for, there is no card specifying what the included item are in the box either. One of the things I got is a black tube that has no indication on it what-so-ever of what it’s supposed to be used for! Was really excited when I saw the stock photo for the boxes and I am very very let down! I didn’t get one thing from the stock photo, I got an eyeliner, 3 things I have no clue what they are or for, and a face mask! Sure hope this is not what comes in an actual monthly box because I would not continue to sub! Very disappointed #BabeBox!!

They will harass you non stop if you want to cancel. Their website says it’s easy to cancel by email. They have emailed me non stop to update my payment info even though I keep telling them that I want to cancel. And they call me too. Beware of their harassment.. I never even received one item from them and they are harassing me! Not worth it.

About 1 or 2 years ago I purchased 2 of their lipsticks and I loved them. Last month I subscribed to Focallure's BabeBox and I got the first boy, then I contacted the Company by email to cancel my subscription because I just wanted to try it out once. They answered my email "we're sorry, blah blah blah!", I thought it was canceled. Days later I received an automatic Paypal-Email saying that I just paid 33+ dollars to Focallure and I got an "order confirmation" for the next BabeBox! I've contacted them a couple of times in the lasts days and they don't answer back. I don't trust them anymore.

The products I received isn’t what I’d expect. The little pen I’m thinking it’s a teeth whiting pen or something doesn’t come with a box nor a brand name or expiration date on the pen, which is strange for them to be sending something without a nap or anything on it. I wouldn’t get the subscription if this will be the products I’ll be getting.
